Shipping & FAQ
Orders are shipped out from the west coast of the USA via USPS and comes with a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
➜ I can ship directly to most countries outside of the US, but not all, due a variety of reasons, such as being unable to comply with specific regulations (EU's GSPR), lack of documents, or a higher risk of missing packages.

Any orders that I am unable to fulfill will be canceled/refunded.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. Your country might impose these fees onto you once when your package enters your country. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying for these fees. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your country's customs office.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
➜ Orders are processed 2-7 days after order is placed. Items that are in stock will ship out within the week via USPS.
Estimated shipping times after processing:
- USA: 2-10 days
- Canada: 1-3 weeks
- Everywhere else: 1-3 months
Please note that tracking for some countries may stop updating once it leaves the USA. If you're concerned about it, please contact your post office for it's status.

Q: Why does my charm look cloudy?
➜ There is a plastic film on both sides of the charm, so it may look cloudy and scratched. Be sure to peel it off to see your charm shine!
Q: What does "B-Grade" mean?
➜ "B-Grade" products are items that have printing errors or scratches, and are sold at a lower price.
Q: ___ is out of stock, when will it be restocked?
➜ It largely depends on how much demand there is! A sticker is easier to restock than a charm is. I'll try to restock and make new designs whenever I can, so keep an eye out on my social media sites for any updates!
Q: My package got lost, what do I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your post office first. I do not have any control on this matter. If a package was lost due to an incorrect on undeliverable address, I cannot refund or replace your order.
If an order was returned to me due to an incorrect address input, you will have to pay for a new shipping label. If you do not want to pay for a new shipping label, I am able to cancel and refund the item price only. Please double check and make sure that your address is correct!
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
