Returns & Refunds
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour period of placing your order.
Refunds/Exchanges
I'll only be able to refund/exchange your order after delivery IF:
- You received incorrect items.
- Items are damaged in the shipping process and the issue is brought up with photographed evidence within a week of receiving your order.
I cannot offer any exchange or accept returns for items that are not to your liking.
Lost Package
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your post office first. I do not have any control on this matter. If a package was lost due to an incorrect on undeliverable address, I cannot refund or replace your order.
If an order was returned to me due to an incorrect address input, you will have to pay for a new shipping label. If you do not want to pay for a new shipping label, I am able to cancel and refund the item price only. Please double check and make sure that your address is correct!
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
